Pilates/Clay retreat was simply delightful! I would do something like this again.
The venue was wonderful, with lovely grounds for walking outside, and windows to let the beautiful sun inside.
The food?: yummy!!! A novel selection of light, nutritious choices. (I loved the smoked salmon bites).
I enjoyed meeting the other participants; it was a good sized group. I was able to meet new folk, and connect with friends.
I appreciated the connection that you and Reema made between the practice of Pilates, and the work with clay. I think it was a very good day for me to connect in both a physical and mindful way with my breath.

The Clay workshop, guided by Rima Nouredine's incredibly calming voice, was a highlight and took the whole group to a different level of grounding. We discovered how disconnecting from our worries and immersing our hands in the clay can unlock new levels of imagination and creative expression. Thank you, Rima.
